The ELF 400 makes volumetric dosing and portioning of food in hotels, bakeries, fine food outlets and gastronomy fast and simple like never before! Second by second, the ELF 400 portions soft and solid masses, fillings, creams, desserts or fluids – precisely and at the correct weight. Here, no drop of product is wasted – one reason for the high financial returns on the appliance. And the best thing is that through the use of the ELF 400, the structures are not destroyed and the pieces remain intact in the masses or dishes. Our word of honour!

The different nozzles on the ELF 400 dose food to millimetre precision. For puddings, mashed potato, sauces, goulash or soups, hot or cold, the ELF 400 is perfect for use on the food distribution conveyor and is suitable for all other cook&chill applications.

The ELF 400 fits on any work table, is driven solely by compressed air, and can be dismantled and replaced without tools. The machine can be taken apart for cleaning in just a matter of seconds.

Hopper Topper

The mass transfer pump

The “Hopper Topper” transports all masses such as sponge and batter mixtures, cottage cheese, poppy seed or nut fillings, soft doughs, pre-doughs, soaked grains, fine food salads such as meat salads, preserved salads, dips, creams, sauces, preserved soups – whether hot or cold – and much more.

Through the gentle pneumatic transportation of the masses, even soft pieces of up to 25 mm such as apple pieces and cherries are not destroyed. Whipped up volume also remains almost intact. That’s high class quality for any mass!

  • Continuous refilling of masses of all types, directly into the material hopper of the portioning and dosing systems or the filling stations of the fine baked goods lines, without interrupting the production process

iSPOT

The mass transfer pump

The “iSpot” offers bakers and confectioners a wide range of different applications, combining two machines in a single system: as a mini-dosing system for precise weight portioning with a manual gun and for transferring masses directly from the pans. It is particularly well suited to soft masses which can easily flow back in the pan, and even manages a maximum piece size of up to 6 mm. Its maximum dosage volume is 220 ml per stroke. Thanks to the pivotable suction pipe, the “iSpot” can be simply mechanically immersed in the pan and can be used for a wide range of different pan heights.
