Jelly Powder

Our Premium Instant Jelly Powder is a fruit acid-stable and immediately soluble jelly glaze for fruit pastries of all kinds, creating a shiny, smooth, clear and firm finish. There is no need to add sugar, simply stir 500 grammes Jelly Powder into 1 litres water in a pan and heat briefly to 85 – 90 degrees Celsius. Use a ladle or brush to spread the slightly cooled jelly glaze onto the fruit. The tartlets are firm enough to cut in 10 minutes. The Premium Jelly Glaze can be reused by reheating to 80 degrees Celsius.

The selected fine quality of the grains and perfectly coordinated volume of the sugar phases prevents the spray nozzles from becoming blocked when using the Premium Jelly Glaze with the Boyens Backservice Sprayer. The arranged fruits are covered with a shiny jelly glaze. Perfect jelly glaze shows off your tartlets and pastries beautifully and gives a fresh and fruity taste to your works of art. Our Premium Jelly Powder ensures excellent reliability when handling and using the product.

500 grams of jelly powder with 1 liter of water in the kettle and boil.

Clear Jelly Powder:
Powder for clear jelly enjoyment, for spreading on pastry goods and fruit tarts.

Application: 500 g jelly powder on 1,000 g cold water.

Itís so easy with the Jelly Sprayer:
Stir the cold water with the portion of clear Jelly Powder concentrate and sugar and spray with the Jelly Sprayer at 80°C. Standard processing: Stir the water and jelly powder and bring to the boil briefly. Keep the product closed and store dry. Only for commercial further processing. Best before: see additional label

Powder for yellow jelly enjoyment, for spreading on pastry goods and fruit tarts.

Application: 500 g jelly powder on 1,000 g cold water.
